Seasonally, we procure the most delicious wild foods by our own hands as well as through our network of other expert foragers.
All of our staff are certified by the USDA in the identification, harvesting and handling, and sale of 32 species (the complete USDA list) of wild edible mushrooms. Collectively, we have over 75 years of professional experience with wild edible foods.
We take our work in the wild very seriously. It's critical to know how to identify the edible species just as much as it is to identify the poisonous species. We've utilized the same skills and knowledge that we use for mushrooms with wild plants as well.
