Since 1999, LaBelle Farms has been producing superior quality Foie Gras from Sullivan County, New York, using the Crossbreed Moulard Duck. We refined our Foie Gras production process to yield great taste while at the same time rendering off less fat than others in the market. Our selections include Grade A, Butter, and Portion Sliced Foie Gras.

LaBelle believes quality products come from well-cared-for ducks. That’s why they grow their own corn and soy, ensuring the ducks receive the freshest, best quality feed. They never use antibiotics and choose to rotate their flocks through different locations. This practice allows them to pressure wash and disinfect their spaces on a regular basis. Ducks are kept in well-ventilated, climate-controlled barns, where they have plenty of space to roam with access to free-standing food and water.
