Every month we select a variety of premium PA meats including 100% grass fed beef, pastured heritage breed pork, pastured meat bred goat and lamb, sustainably raised Red Deer venison, free range and/or pastured chicken, turkey, duck or quail, and depending on availability, bison or elk.   All of the farms we source from hold the highest standards for quality, both in the meats they prepare and the way their animals are raised.  Full shares average 8 lbs and include 2 lb ground beef, 2 lb gourmet sausage, 1 whole chicken or roast and 2 portions of choice cuts. Half shares average 4 lbs and include 1 lb ground meat, 1 lb gourmet sausage and 1 whole chicken or roast. Full shares cost $65.00; half shares $35.00.  Order by Wednesday, August 26th for pickup as early as Tuesday, September 8th.
