Sample Shares

Quarter Share: This share is for individuals and families who want to supplement their diet with a small amount of local meat. Each share includes the following:

• 2 lbs ground meat or sausage (beef, pork, venison, or elk)

Half Share: This share is for individuals and families who want to make local meat a more regular part of their diet. Each share includes the following:

• Chicken (whole or breasts) or Roast (beef, pork, or lamb)

• 2 lbs ground meat or sausage (beef, pork, venison, or elk)

Full Share: This share is for individuals and families who want to ensure that all of their meat is locally-sourced and ethically-produced. Each share includes the following:

• Chicken (whole or breasts)
• Roast (beef, pork, or lamb)
• Steak (Delmonico, NY Strip, Porterhouse, etc.)
• 2 lbs ground meat or sausage (beef, pork, venison, or elk)

All meat comes frozen. Shares will vary in content and weight due to seasonal fluctuation.

Pick-up Information

To help keep shares affordable, our winter CSA is divided into three, two-month commitments. Your personalized box will be delivered bi-weekly to the location you choose at checkout. Shares are available for pick-up only. Delivery dates, pick-up locations and times are shown below.
