THIS IS A DEPOSIT ONLY. You will need to pay your balance at pick up based on final weight. The deposit is 65% of the median weight for the selected finish.
FULFILLMENT: Shares are available on an as-available basis. Upon deposit, your share will be put into a group in order to fulfill the entire animal. Beef will not be scheduled for processing until an entire animal has been purchased. Although we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please expect a minimum of 2-4 weeks processing time. As soon as your animal is scheduled for processing, we will call you to inform you of the anticipated date of delivery.
